Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We guarantee all of our products against defects or breakage with a 30-day Return, Refund, or Exchange policy. Any product that is broken or defective will be honored for refund or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returns for any reason for a full refund for items in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Please send your item to the address below.
IMPORTANT: Include in the packaging a note with your name, email, shipping address, and phone number, and reason for your return.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued only to the same method used for payment of the order. Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned products.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the order was received late based on tracking information.
