Shipping Policy
Turnaround Time
All orders are shipped within 2 Business Days (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays. If there is a reason your order cannot ship quickly, we will contact you.
Order Tracking
We ship orders using USPS, and a tracking number will be provided the morning after your order is shipped. Free Standard Shipping times take between 5 to 10 days for USA destinations, sometimes longer for Alaska or Hawaii. For faster shipping service, select Priority or Express shipping. Priority takes 3 to 5 days and Express shipping is 2 to 3 days. International shipping is available to some countries through DHL only at this time.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer a free Standard shipping option for domestic USA orders of $60.00 or more.
We offer free Priority shipping for domestic USA orders of $160.00 or more.
USA ORDERS
On orders in the USA we offer the following rates which you can choose in the checkout process. In addition, we offer a free shipping option on orders of $60.00 or more.
The US Postal Service starts counting these days on the day after the item is received by the post office. We have found that orders going to the lower 48 states usually arrive within 3 or 4 days using standard, but these are the days the USPS gives.
- Standard First Class Shipping (5 - 10 days) for orders of $60.00 or more: FREE
- Standard First Class Shipping (5 - 10 days): $6.50
- Standard First Class Shipping (5 - 10 days) for orders up to $7.98: $3.50
- USPS Priority Shipping (2 - 4 business days): from $10.90 - $16.50
- USPS Priority Express (1 - 2 business days): $32.50
Note that orders over $108.00 may have higher priority and express shipping costs depend on weight and packaging sizes.
CANADA - Shipping Rates
Standard International is $20 USD.
Express International is $26.00 USD.
OTHER COUNTRIES - Shipping Rates
All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note we are not able to ship to all countries at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience.
We regret that Monk Rosaries has had to make the difficult decision to no longer offer international shipments to many countries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to assure that we did not come to this decision lightly.
We cannot ship to other countries at this time. This change has been enacted due to a variety of complex issues we have faced while shipping internationally in recent times. These include:
Delayed transit times and extra long wait times for deliveries;
Limited availability and high-cost of shipping options;
Customs regulations resulting in added delays and duty fees;
Recent increase in risk of seizures or destruction of shipments;
Large increase in rate of lost or stolen packages during transit.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this necessary decision but hope for understanding of our position as well as the measures taken by us to ensure that customers receive the best service from us possible.
